LA Bird Checklist

Los Angeles Birders is proud to host the official bird checklist of Los Angeles County. This checklist includes all species known to have occurred naturally as well as introduced bird species with long-term naturalized populations in the County accepted to the California Bird Records Committee (CBRC)’s California list. It also lists additional introduced bird species with long-term naturalized populations in the county (but not yet accepted by the CBRC), and species on the CBRC’s supplemental list; these are not included in the totals.
